Words with initial capital letters have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Country refers to the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Operator, referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”, means the person or entity operating YabuMenu.ph. It does not refer to Yabu: House of Katsu or its restaurant operator.
  • Device means a computer, smartphone, tablet or other device that can access the Service.
  • Service means the website and information available at https://yabumenu.ph/.
  • Terms and Conditions, or Terms, means these conditions governing your use of the Service.
  • Third-Party Services means websites, content or services operated by others and linked to or referenced through the Service.
  • Website refers to YabuMenu.ph.
  • You means the individual using the Service or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual acts.

These Terms govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

Nature of the Website

YabuMenu.ph is an independent informational website. It provides menu guidance, indicative prices, dish descriptions and branch information relating to Yabu: House of Katsu in the Philippines.

We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Yabu or its restaurant operator. We do not operate restaurants or handle restaurant reservations, food orders, payments, refunds or delivery.

Restaurant and product names are used for identification. Referenced trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Menu Information, Prices and Images

Information on this Website is provided for general guidance. Listed prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices, availability, portion sizes, inclusions, promotions and branch details may change or differ between locations and ordering channels.

Confirm current information directly with the restaurant before visiting or ordering. Our descriptions are not complete ingredient lists or verified allergen information. Ask the branch about ingredients, preparation and dietary requirements.

The Website includes generated food images used for illustration. They are not official restaurant photographs and do not guarantee the appearance, ingredients or portion size of an actual order.

Links to Other Websites

Our Website may contain links to Third-Party Services that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, availability or practices.

A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Review the terms and policies of any third-party website you visit.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including without prior notice where permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, your permission to use the Service will cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on the Website’s general information.

If the matter is not resolved, it may be brought before a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable Philippine law and procedural rules. This informal contact process does not prevent a lawful complaint, urgent relief or another remedy available to you.

For restaurant orders, payments, refunds or delivery disputes, contact the restaurant or ordering provider involved. YabuMenu.ph does not process those transactions.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver

A failure to enforce a right or provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of a subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may modify or replace these Terms. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the revised Terms take effect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
